  4. Payoff Existing Mortgage(s)** and recording fee for Satisfaction of Mortgage
  5. Taxes pro-rated from Jan. 1 to date of closing.
  6. Condo Approval Fee (if applies) plus recording

*Add county surtax for other than single family residential.

**Watch for interest in arrears.
