  5. Rental Prorations (if applicable)
  6. Real Estate Commission
  7. Recording fees to clear title, i.e., Satisfaction of Mortgage, etc.
  8. Legal fees, if you are being represented by your own attorney.
  1. Recording fees for Deed, Condo Approval, etc.
  2. Owner's Title Insurance
  3. Prepaid maintenance or recreation fees (if applicable)
  4. One year Homeowner's Insurance premium, if required, or proration as contracted.
  5. Inspection Costs as contracted, i.e., Termite, Roof, etc.
